CEIT Help Desk Services for Students

The CEIT Help Desk is a virtual Help Desk which means we have technical support staff available to help you by telephone or email Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 8:00PM and Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please check  Hours and Locations.

Please have your student number or ID card handy when you contact us. When you call us during our regular operating hours, you will have a choice to speak with a Help Desk technician or to leave a message. If you call us after 8:00PM, leave a message on the voice mailbox as our on-site field technicians check for messages up to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
