myDouglas

is a Web-based portal that allows you to communicate with the College, instructors, and students. On this page, you will find information about your myDouglas user ID and PIN. To learn more about myDouglas, visit the myDouglas section of the website.

User ID and PIN

Your user identification number is your student number.

Your personal identification number is the PIN you used for registration.

How to Log in and Log out of myDouglas

To log into myDouglas:

Go to the myDouglas Web page, http://mydouglas.ca.
Type your myDouglas student number into the User ID text box.
Type your Personal Identification number in the PIN text box.

To log out of myDouglas:

Click the logout icon on the top-right hand corner of the page.

Always remember to log out of myDouglas to ensure that no one can access your account. You will be denied access if you try to log in to myDouglas on more than one computer. You can only have one active login at a time.

Forgotten Passwords

Forgot your password? Don't panic. Go to the personal information page on the Registrar's website, and follow the steps below.

Click Forgot PIN?/Change PIN?
Type your nine-digit student number into the User ID field. A new window appears.
Answer the security question. Click Submit Answer.
When prompted, type your new PIN.

Important: Changing your PIN on the Registrar's website will change your myDouglas password. When you are changing your PIN, it's a good idea to create a security question. It will help you gain access to your myDouglas account if you have forgotten your password.
